“To Provide a Community-based committee that Wolfe County will utilize to conduct holistic assessments of needs and resources, provide strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation of drug prevention education for the youth community, while being mindful of our cultural diversity in an effort to positively affect tobacco, alcohol, and other drug abuse issues facing our community.”
